Jet Li has agreed to play the role of a dastardly villain in the third installment of the The Mummy series.Jet Li is currently busy with his new film with Jackie Chan. After The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, the third instalment, titled The Mummy 3 would be directed by Rob Cohen for Universal Pictures. The movie that will be shot in the period of ancient times in China is slated for a 2008 release. Other details are awaited.
